Cancellation Policy

We aim to give you exceptional care and to respect every appointment time. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as you can.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment. Missed appointments with no notice are charged the full session fee.

The cancellation fee is waived whenever the appointment is filled. If a last-minute conflict comes up, you are welcome to send someone in your place instead of cancelling.

Fees are applied in line with CMTO guidelines so the process stays transparent, fair, and professional. Any change to this policy will be communicated promptly to all clients.
