Pooja is expert in massage therapy. She will patiently understand the queries, answer based on your requirements. She is very professional and organized. The best part is she is also certified in pediatric therapy. My 5 YO and 8 YO enjoyed their sessions and liked it so much. I definitely recommend Healastic( Pooja). I had such an amazing experience. I came in with pain in my leg, and the care and attention she gave to that area was incredible she really took the time to understand what was going on and treated it so thoughtfully. By the end of the session, the pain had completely eased. What stood out the most was how comfortable she made me feel throughout. Her energy is calm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly wants her clients to feel better, not just physically but overall. Where the clinic sits in the village
Healastic is at 5511 Manotick Main Street, Unit 2B, inside Aesthé Medical Aesthetics. If you know the village, you know the block: it is a couple of minutes from Watson’s Mill and Dickinson Square, just off Bridge Street where it crosses the Rideau River onto Long Island.
That matters practically. There is free parking on site, so a massage in Manotick does not begin with fifteen minutes circling for a space the way an appointment downtown often does. You park, you walk in, you start on time.
It also means you can make an appointment part of a trip into the village rather than an errand of its own — the shops, the mill and the river are all within a short walk.
Why book massage therapy locally
Plenty of Manotick residents drive into Ottawa proper for treatment, and there is no need to. Booking in the village changes the shape of the appointment:
- No commute either side. A treatment that genuinely settles your nervous system is undone by forty minutes in traffic afterwards.

Who travels in, and from where
Manotick sits at a convenient point for the south and west of the city, and the client list reflects that. Most people come from Manotick itself, Barrhaven, Riverside South and Findlay Creek, with a steady number from the villages south and east — Greely, Kars, Osgoode, Richmond and North Gower — and from Kemptville.
A good number make a longer trip: clients drive in from Orleans at the east end of the city and Kanata at the west. Manotick is roughly 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa.

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, trained at the International Academy of Massage here in Ottawa, and practising since 2020.
Before massage therapy I worked as a psychotherapist. That background still informs how I assess — persistent tension usually has more behind it than one tight muscle, and treating it without that context tends to buy relief that does not last.
Every treatment is provided by me personally. You will not be passed between therapists.

Which massage treatments can I book in Manotick?
All of them. Deep tissue, therapeutic and relaxation with hot stones, Ayurvedic aromatherapy, prenatal, manual lymphatic drainage, head and scalp, abdominal, buccal facial, hand and foot, and paediatric wellness massage.
Do you offer direct billing?
Not yet — it is being set up. Today you pay at your appointment and receive a receipt with the CMTO registration number, which you submit to your insurer yourself. You are reimbursed exactly the same, so there is no reason to delay booking.
Do I need to be a Manotick resident to book?
Not at all. Clients travel in from across the south and west of Ottawa, and from Kemptville, Orleans and Kanata. Anyone can book.
Insurance & direct billing
Direct billing is coming soon — TELUS eClaims and Green Shield are being set up now, with Sun Life and Pacific Blue Cross to follow.
You do not need to wait for it. Pay at your appointment and I’ll email you a receipt with my CMTO registration number. Submit it to your insurer yourself — it takes a couple of minutes online and you are reimbursed exactly as you would be with direct billing. The money comes back to you instead of being paid to me up front, and nothing about your coverage changes.
